Who is responsible for your data
Vasarhelyi Atelier (Saiff Vasarhelyi), based in Monaco, Monte-Carlo, is responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us through the contact page.
What we collect
This website collects only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is never sold, and never shared for marketing.
Handling your enquiry
Contact-form messages are stored in a database and made available to authorised atelier administrators in a private workspace. If email notifications are enabled, your enquiry is also sent through Resend, our email service provider. A notification failure does not remove your saved message. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes connection data (including your IP address) as part of delivering the pages to you. When enabled, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights help us understand traffic and page performance without analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. The private administration area uses Clerk to authenticate authorised users and maintain their session. Authentication cookies are used when signing in to that area.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have sent us at any time via the contact page. If you are in the EU or Switzerland you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
